Frequently asked questions
Why is my location not showing?
Check Location Services and the app's location permission in iPhone Settings. Finding your location may take longer indoors or where GPS reception is poor.
Why can't I generate a route?
Check your internet connection, try again later, or change the selected places or distance. Available road data may be incomplete, and some places may not be connected by walkable roads. Longer routes may take more time to generate.
Does recording continue when my screen is locked?
Recording can continue in the background when location permission is granted. Pause stops recording distance, path, and elapsed time. Resume continues recording without adding the distance traveled while paused. Finish ends and saves the walk.
Where are my records stored?
Records are stored on your device. Open a record to add notes or photos, or export its path as a GPX file. Export any records you want to keep before deleting the app or changing devices. The app does not support importing GPX files.
Is support a monthly payment?
No. Contributions are optional, one-time in-app purchases. They do not renew automatically or unlock additional features. Check the price in Apple's purchase confirmation. Contact Apple for billing or refund requests.
